This complimentary consultation is available after you have received your personalised travel quotation. It provides an opportunity to discuss your proposed itinerary, ask questions, and review available options before making a booking decision. The consultation is intended solely to discuss the quote provided and any related amendments. Appointments are typically limited to 20 minutes. Any requested changes to the itinerary, accommodation, transport, or other arrangements will result in a revised quotation. Pricing and availability remain subject to change until a booking is confirmed and any required deposit has been paid. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is appreciated for cancellations or rescheduling. This consultation does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of the quoted price, services, or availability.
